Nikolai Pavlovich Yablochkov was married to Elizaveta Petrovna née Zemshchininova, who came from a poor landowning family in the Kostroma province. The family had five children: two sons and three daughters: Pavel Nikolaevich, Nikolai Nikolaevich, Varvara Nikolaevna Platitsyna (by marriage), Maria Nikolaevna Gud (by marriage) (1855 ?), and Ekaterina Nikolaevna Eshliman (by marriage). The eldest child was the famous inventor and electrical engineer Pavel Nikolaevich Yablochkov (1847-1894).

Maria Nikolaevna Gud is shown in the last photo.

There is a need for more research to find out the rest.
