The Imperial Porcelain Factory, founded in 1744 in St. Petersburg by order of the daughter of Empress Elizabeth of Peter the Great, became the first porcelain company in Russia and the third in Europe. Beautiful hand-painted design enriched with 22-carat gold accents under the glaze.
The original Lomonosov Factory logo is on the bottom of each piece.
