A finely crafted Viking bronze torque (neck ring) formed from a solid rod of bronze, tapering towards the ends and displaying a tightly twisted, ribbed surface. The piece curves gracefully into an open hoop, typical of neck rings worn by Norse men and women as symbols of wealth and status.
Size: ± 14,3 mm
Good and solid condition, the surface has a nice light olive-green patina. Signs of wear consistent with age and use.
Certificate of Authenticity: available upon request (pdf-format).
