It concerns a beautifully stylized optical blown tomato vase from 1929 by glass artist W.J. Rozendaal. The natural form of a tomato has been deliberately mimicked. This Art Deco vase is available in various colors and sizes. This is the PURPLE VERSION NO 3. The purple version is less common and is highly prized for its deep color.
In reality, the color is darker purple than shown in the photos.
