AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

Due to the end of my collection: an Agfa Ambi Silette rangefinder camera with a 50 mm lens. The camera was introduced at Photokina in 1956 and was produced by Agfa Kamerawerk AG in Munich, West Germany, between 1957 and 1961. Although the camera was expensive at the time, it cost only a fraction of a Leica. Agfa invested heavily in this camera and even offered a lifetime warranty. To provide the best experience with interchangeable lenses, AGFA introduced a very innovative viewfinder design with variable bright framelines, manually selected for the 50mm, 35mm, and 90mm lenses, and automatic parallax correction. By today's standards, the viewfinder is relatively small, but the framelines and the rangefinder are bright and user-friendly. Shutter: Synchro - Compur. Shutter speeds: B, 1 - 1/500.
Lens: Agfa Color - Solinar 50 mm f 1:2.8. Lens free of haze, fungus, and separation.
Rangefinder provides a neat and clear overlapping image. The offered camera is in good, fully functional condition and shows signs of use. Photos are part of the description.
