Appearance

There is a very small mark visible inside the LCD, but it does not affect visibility or recorded images in any way, so you can use it with confidence. Other than that, the exterior is exceptionally clean for its age and well maintained.

Optics

The standard lens 35-80mm is very clear under normal lighting, but a very thin haze becomes visible when inspected using high-power industrial lighting. This is a typical aging characteristic found in lenses of this generation and does not affect image quality at all.
We inspect optics using extremely strong professional lighting that is unsafe to view directly, allowing us to describe optical condition more accurately than most Japanese sellers.
