Description from the seller

This colorful and dramatic specimen features an almond-shaped vug coated in shiny botryoidal goethite over which isolated botryoids of velvety primary malachite are scattered. Also centered perfectly in the composition, two nicely isolated dark blue, slightly translucent spheres of chrysocolla can be found on top of the same goethite layer. Malachite from the Morenci Mine is already quite rare, and if we also take into account the very nice aesthetics and excellent contrast that this piece displays, it is for sure an interesting specimen to consider buying.
