The Canon F-1 New was introduced in 1981 and was Canon's top-of-the-line professional SLR camera – the successor to the original Canon F-1 (1971). It is considered one of the most rugged and versatile mechanical cameras ever built. With its modular system of interchangeable viewfinders, focusing screens, and motor drives, it was designed for continuous professional use and was employed by reportage and sports photographers worldwide in the 1980s.

This item is offered as defective / for spare parts (Parts Only). The camera does not trigger correctly and does not show full functionality. Some components have been disassembled but are included in the delivery (see photos). Ideal as a spare parts donor or display object for collectors and workshop enthusiasts who want to study the construction of this legendary professional SLR or use it for restoration.
