Description from the seller

Vase with double superimposed heads
The lower belly depicts a human head with relief features. Its eyes are outlined in black, and the cheeks are adorned with painted snake-head earrings. Resting on its skull is a feline head wearing the same ornaments. Its face, painted red, contrasts with that of the man and emphasizes its fierce expression with an open mouth revealing two rows of fangs.

Brown terracotta with polychrome slip in red ochre, brown, beige, and black.
Weight: 647 g
Condition: Chips or flakes at the neck, wear of polychromy.
