Louis XVI antique fall-front secretaire of Dutch origin, dating to ca. 1775–1795, made of mahogany with gilded brass fittings, dimensions H 144 cm x W 86 cm x D 41 cm, lockable, in good used condition with small signs of age and spotting.

Hollands Louis XVI secretary desk with a flap, late 18th century.
Opposite sides with styles placed at an angle with cannelures.
Beautiful detailed veneer and inlay work.
Top drawer, lid, and doors with beautiful gilded original fittings, locks, and a key.
Locks and keys working for valves and cabinet doors.
Writing pad with an olive green leather inlay.
Completely on shaky legs.
Very good quality, in a good condition and ready to use immediately. The silks are not torn.

H = 144 cm (bottom edge of the surface 80 cm)
B = 86 - 88 cm. (smallest - biggest)
D= 41 - 43 cm. (deepest-deepest)
Recently thoroughly inspected for loose parts of the construction and veneer. No live woodworm found as of 10/12/2025.
