Didier Carré is a former assistant to the official photographer of the French National Opera in Paris. He is a professional photographer whose books include Come Closer, High Voltage Erotica, Sexy Games, and Stainless Ladies.

Didier Carre lives in Paris, just a stone's throw from the Quartier Pigalle, a neighborhood near the Moulin Rouge. After studying classics and photography, he became an assistant to the official photographer of the French National Opera in Paris. Following that, he managed a black-and-white photographic laboratory for several years. His passion for photographing women grew so strong that he decided to dedicate himself full-time to his art, which led him to launch his own website in April 2002.
