Alta Langa DOCG is a sparkling wine vinified according to the classic method, where fermentation takes place in the bottle. This denomination requires a minimum of 30 months of bottle aging before being released to the market. During this aging period, the wine matures and acquires the typical notes of classic methods. The unique feature is that, since the vineyards are located in Mango, at approximately 550 meters above sea level, these very fresh notes are maintained over time despite the 30 months in the bottle.
Terrabianca Alta Langa DOCG is made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, in variable percentages depending on the vintage, vinified according to the classic method with fermentation in the bottle.
The wine is aged for a very long time, for a minimum of 30 months in caves dug into the hills.
