Description from the seller
First, the author, Jiro Kuwata (1935-2020), was a major artist, drawer, and painter, famous manga artist. He was the first to produce Batman stories from the Batman TV series in the 1960s and created Batmanga. Therefore, he is known all over the world.
I have uploaded pictures from Batman's works by Kuwata.
His mastery of Manga Art is demonstrated in this special work 'Adam & Eve,' released in 1984. Only 120 copies were made, and this exemplar is No. 67 (unscribed on the cardboard box at the back, half erased, and on the colophon inside the box).
Exceptionally, this copy is signed with a sketch by the master on a large card.
The box is a very luxurious work with black silk and gold letters.
Inside 80 plates, numbered at the bottom; Kuwata shows Adam & Eve in Kamasutra positions, in lush forests, with exotic plants and multicolored flowers. The plates are printed on three-quarters of the page, with an erotic commentary by the author on the right side. You will note that each plate is signed with the work date (printed in the margin).
This box is almost unknown and unfathomable.
The conditions remained excellent, the card box with folds, some impacts and small tears on the edges (photos), the box and the plates are NM.
