This special switch drive is a powerful, quiet drive with an accompanying digital decoder for installation in Märklin C-rails switches. The decoder is integrated as a module within the cable, making the drive particularly compact. The switch drive is characterized by realistic slow movements of the switch tongs. Speed and movement profile are electronically controlled, ensuring sensitive operation. If, due to the properties of your switch, the direction of movement does not match the switching direction on your input device, you can reverse the drive's setting in digital mode. The associated decoder understands the Märklin-Motorola and DCC formats and can communicate the desired or actual position via RailCom to suitable digital control units, such as the Viessmann Commander art.nr. 5300/5320. It can also be used in analog mode.
