Description from the seller

Very beautiful Sands & Hunter professional field camera with a very bright lens by A. H. Buind Edinburgh. The camera was produced in 1912/1913. The lens has an exceptionally good light intensity for its time (and negative sizes), reaching up to F = 6. The glass is clear and free of contaminants. Everything functions, rotates, and slides on this camera. Included are two double-sided mahogany negative holders. The photos are part of the description. The glass plate can be folded up to place the negative holder; see the photos. As was common in the early days of photography, the focus is adjusted by sliding the back board. This is done with the four knobs on the side of the back board. The two knobs on the top of the back board lock it onto the brass rail.
