Magnificent large Art Deco statue depicting a nude woman “Looking Out”, designed by the famous artist Rudolf Kaesbach (1873 - 1955) for Rosenthal Porcelain Manufaktur, in perfect condition.
Rudolf Kaesbach designed the figurine “Looking Out” in 1937, as find reference in Rosenthal Modell Buch and literature: Niecol: “Rosenthal - Art and Ornamental Porcelain 1897-1945”, Volume II.
It depicts a beautiful nude young women standing, one arm up over the head, the other holding a drape, head slightly turned aside looking out in a sensual beautiful posture.
The famous artist Rudolf Kaesbach (1873 - 1955) designed as a freelancer for Rosenthal just 3 years only, between 1936 - 1939, making all his sculptures becoming highly collectible.
It is in pristine condition, Like New Never Used, marked on the back of the base with specific Rosenthal year mark 1938, impressed name of R.Kaesbach on the top of the base, impressed numbered #1655, NO chips, NO cracks and NO repairs, please see the pictures as they are part of description.
