The Akai X-200D is a half-track, 4-track stereo tape recorder from the 1960s, designed for both beginners and advanced hi-fi users. The device offers three speeds (4.75 – 9.5 – 19 cm/s), automatic and manual recording settings, and a built-in amplifier with speaker connections. Thanks to its robust construction, smooth tape transport, and warm analog sound, it is still appreciated by collectors and music enthusiasts.
