No Screw No Glue is an iconic series of furniture and objects, designed by Joost, where the parts are laser cut and assembled by sliding into each other. As the name suggests, these pieces require no screws, glue, or other fasteners.
Joost selects items with great care. Not only does he consider the design style and the archetypical feeling very important, but also the story that emerges from the object itself. After collecting hundreds of images, he creates contemporary versions of long-forgotten objects such as a desk, a standing clock, an hourglass, and a chessboard, all carefully handcrafted and unique.

Partners in business and life Kiki and Joost work individually or jointly in a self-built and energy efficient workshop. They met while studying at the Design Academy Eindhoven and founded the studio in the 2001 to become one of the most accomplished names of Dutch design.
Their workshop sprawls over 900m2 a space dedicated to the production of unique pieces designed to standout over trends and time. Their wide range of work extends from fine furniture to large scale installation, from architecture to accessories, from textile to lighting or ceramics.
