Description from the seller
Hungary. 1 Crown. 1915KB. Franz Joseph I (1848–1916).
- Value: 1 Corona.
Year: 1915.
Reign: Francisco José I (1848–1916).
- Inscriptions: Front: FERENCZ JÓZSEF I·K·A·CS·ÉS M·H·S·D·O·AP·KIR. Back: 1 KORONA · 1915.
- Grade: NGC MS62.
This 1 Corona coin was minted in Hungary in 1915, during the reign of Emperor Franz Joseph I of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. The obverse shows his portrait with a laurel crown and a Latin inscription recognizing his imperial and royal titles. The reverse features the Holy Stephen's crown flanked by laurel branches, a symbol of sovereignty and glory, and the face value. Although many of these pieces were struck as later restrikes, its preservation at MS62 grade by NGC makes it an attractive piece for both imperial-era collectors and those who appreciate Central European coins of the 20th century.
Disclaimer: For orders shipped outside the European Union, I want to make it absolutely clear that I ship from Spain. This means that if the package is sent to any country outside the European Union, and/or inside the EU that has a special tax agreement (for example: Canary Islands), it might be stopped in your local customs, and they might ask you to pay taxes. This is a customs legal procedure and is completely out of our control. Thank you for your understanding.
