Description from the seller
Hand-carved Buddha head in clear quartz
Hand-carved in the Tibetan district of northern India, this beautiful head of Buddha in clear quartz is a perfect addition to any altar.
Buddha is a title given to those who have achieved a state of enlightenment. The term 'Buddha' means 'the awakened one.' The historical figure most associated with the Buddha is known as Siddhartha Gautama, who lived in Nepal about 2,500 years ago. The Buddha did not define himself as a divinely inspired prophet, a personal savior, or an incarnate deity. Instead, he considered himself a supreme teacher who revealed the path to enlightenment. The purpose of this path is to reach Nibbana, the perfect liberation of the mind from all limiting attachments and the consequent liberation from samsara, the cycle of repeated births and deaths.
In the metaphysical world, clear quartz is considered the 'supreme healer,' capable of balancing and revitalizing the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies, as well as stimulating the immune system to restore the body to perfect harmony. Clear quartz amplifies any energy or intention it is charged with, and when placed alongside other crystals or precious stones, it also enhances their energy and metaphysical properties.
