Orthodox icon – Saint Nicholas the Wonderworker

The presented icon depicts the image of Saint Nicholas in a typical semi-figurative depiction, with a characteristic mitre and omophorion. In the upper part of the composition, there are images of Christ and the Mother of God passing the Gospel and the omophorion to the saint.

Visible wear in the photos, cracks in the paint layer, and a chip in the lower right part, as well as a vertical crack in the board. The condition is moderate, with clear signs of use and aging, but without overpainting that would disturb the composition.
