Pair of two delicate and detailed vintage hand-embroidered linen towels in natural fiber, dating from the 1980s/1990s. New, never used.
In excellent condition, small signs of aging on a fabric.
Italian products, Veneto region.

The fabrics are hand-embroidered, featuring cutwork motifs, mountain flowers, and the edelweiss.
It is a cool white color tending towards cream beige, typical of raw natural fiber. It has double edges in a pastel aqua green color.
The towels are lightweight, slightly stiff, and rough, typical of natural fiber, and they seem very absorbent and enveloping. They are beautiful in a rustic, countryside, rural, village-like, mountain chalet environment.
They measure 108x63cm.
