Murano glass vase blown in cane, opened and hand-shaped in the furnace by master glassmaker Filippo Maso.
Beautifully colored blown glass vase covered in real silver leaf, a tribute to the famous Spanish painter Joan Miró.
Manufacturing technique
Using a mass of hot colored glass, coated with real silver leaf, colored spots are gathered with a rotating gesture and fused together. Subsequently, the artist decorates the surface of the vase with black colored glass threads. From this point on, the master applies his experience to the object by blowing and hand-shaping the glass mass until achieving its final form.
100% handmade, 100% Murano glass
The artwork is signed by the artist with an engraving on glass.
