Shutter, transport, and mechanics work perfectly.
Searcher clear and free of mold or cloudiness.
Recently tested operation film: everything works as it should.
A purely mechanical SLR without battery dependencies.
SMC Takumar 55mm f/1.8 Lens
Glass crack-free, mold-free, and without internal haze.
Dry and fast diaphragm
Focus works well, but feels slightly dry.
A–M switch works, but is a bit stiff.
Image quality is as you would expect from a Takumar: sharp, contrast-rich, and with beautiful rendering.
