TEAC A-X750 stereo amplifier, manufactured in 1989, tested and working, in very good condition, weighing 12 kg, includes power cord, with 75 W per channel into 8 Ω, MM/MC phono input, direct CD playback, tone controls, loudness, DC direct-coupled power stages and compatibility with two pairs of speakers.
Description from the seller
The 'A' 750 from TEAC is a proven good stereo amplifier with a magical power reserve. The quality workmanship and a wide selection of high quality materials make the device a robust everyday companion and a real attention grabber.
This amplifier has some special features which took our interest at the time of purchase e.g direct CD playback (bypassing the preamp tone settings), ability to deal with both MM and MC phono cartridges and the nice tone controls (Bass - Mid - Treble) plus a rotary Loudness control, not just "on" or "off". Finally, the design is based on DC direct coupling in the power amplifier stages, as distinct from capacitor coupling. This has advantages (very wide frequency response with no introduced noise through capacitive coupling).
