Scarcity: as any Errors, this kind of stamps are rare

Expertise: Certificate with photo – L. Hovest, VP Germany

All the stamps Mi.nr. 12÷28 are very sensitive to moisture. Stamps that have been cancelled, due to their circulation, were the most exposed to humidity, so stamps in good condition are extremely rare.
Catalogue reference: Michel Special 2012 (prices outdated).
Based on market comparisons for similar early Russian issues with varieties, considering the rarity and specialist interest this kind of stamps are a must-have for advanced collectors.
