Good morning, your package was sent on the day 7 May but returned to me on the day 22 May, I attach copy of tracking courier. I immediately contacted catawiki on the 22nd and they told me that they would inform you. I also said that I can return the package but not at my own expense and they told me they would let me know. The real problem is that catawiki’s customer care service, at this moment, is very poor, I have not received any response to my last 3 messages, but I have no responsibility for this situation but I find myself a negative vote that I do not deserve. I also attach the photos of the package that returned to me, I recommend you contact catawiki’s support to arrange the return. I hope you will understand and delete the negative vote. thanks

Nell'asta era segnalata la presenza di metal fatigue, oltretutto le foto ne evidenziavano il problema, il modello non è mai stato tolto dalla scatola ma purtroppo la fragilità di quei modelli è nota. Inoltre dato che il valore di quella macchinina è superiore ai 100 euro l'essersela aggiudicata a 25 euro mi sembra significativa, forse gli altri hanno osservato bene le foto e la descrizione. In the auction was reported the presence of metal fatigue, besides the photos highlighted the problem, the model has never been removed from the box but unfortunately the fragility of those models is known. Moreover, since the value of that car is more than 100 euros the fact that it was awarded at 25 euros seems significant to me, maybe others have observed well the photos and the description. Some model's are blisteres , some with baseplate some without, all model's are in perfect conditions and 12 pictures are very clear, winner win lot of 12 motobike model's new for 11.00€ total, (I payd around 100€ for this models) but winner are not satisfated, very difficult person and don't see pictures probably.
