je suis surpris du dommage , est-ce que le boîtier avait il un enfoncement.
Pour ce qui est de votre 2ème surprise , c'est le jeu des enchères. Acheteur comme  vendeur espère faire une bonne affaire.

I ordered and paid for a Picasso print titled Don Quichote. I received the wrong print and had to send it back, making extra costs . The seller send me the correct print then. Not very happy.

Ce tirage apparait à la vente très régulièrement.  Je ne sais pas quelle est la quantité ?... mais cela semble sans fin...  10 000 ex ?? plus ??? - ---J'ai appris que le tirage était de 48 000 ex... 

Désolé de vous décevoir,  mais le lot que vous avez acqui provient de Toros y Toreros aux Éditions Cercle d'art 1ère édition de 1961. je vous envoie par mail les photos des 2 livres en ma possession.

This occurs when one user's bid is exactly the same as an automatic (maximum) bid placed by another user earlier. Since the auto-bid was placed first, this takes preference.
