After almost two months, items not shipped and the seller did not respect his promises.

Dear Sir, 

In all our lots we include a note in the description that clearly states:

"Important: For destinations out of Spanish territorry: all our objects will be shipped after obtaining CERTIFICATE OF EXPORTATION by Ministry of Culture of Spain. We inform our clients that it may take between 4-8 weeks."

We sent you the registration of this export license the day after you payed, and kept you posted at all moments.

You should know that when bidding, you are accepting the terms and conditions. 

Nevertheless, all of the export licenses are being delayed at the moment because of the Covid-19 crisis, in Spain at the moment we are in alarm state.

Occasionally, two different bidders may show up in the bidding history with the same bid amount. This occurs when one user's bid is exactly the same as an automatic (maximum) bid placed by another user earlier. Since the auto-bid was placed first, this takes preference. The bidding history will show both bids, with the auto-bid ranked as the higher of the two.
