You have the right to cancel your purchase until 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party designated by you) received your purchase. This does not apply to business and non-EU customers. 2. If you want to make use of this guarantee, you must first inform us by e-mail or Catawiki messaging of your decision to cancel your purchase. 3. In the mean time you will handle the product and the packaging with care and you will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep the product. 4. After our confirmation, you have to return the product to us in the original packaging. 5. Do this as soon as possible but not later than 14 days after the day on which you informed us of your decision to cancel your purchase. 6. Your purchase must be returned well packaged and insured, since you are liable for any damage that occurs during or as a result of the returning of the goods. 7. You have to pay for the return shipment. 8. As soon as we have received the product back, we will inspect it to verify that it is in the same condition as it was when we sent it. 9. In the case of damage to the product we will contact you first to discuss the options and a depreciation as a result of this damage will be deducted from the amount to be returned to you.
