Unfortunately the device arrived defective, so it doesn't read DOC discs, an error occurs on the recorded disc or the new one. I called the technician who said that the laser needs to be changed, 70€

Sono molto dispiaciuto per l'accaduto. Queste apparecchiature sono piuttosto fragili e, soprattutto per quanto riguarda il laser, risentono delle vibrazioni e degli scuotimenti che possono avere, pur se bene imballate, durante il viaggio di trasporto. Ora, io ti posso assicurare che l'oggetto funzionava perfettamente, al momento dell'invio ma non posso provartelo, così come tu non mi puoi provare il contrario. Allora ti propongo una cosa: dividiamo la spesa di riparazione. Tu fai riparare l'apparecchio (riparazione che, mi hai scritto, costa 70 euro), mi invii la fattura di avvenuta riparazione, le tue coordinate bancarie e io ti faccio un bonifico di 35 euro (ovvero la metà della spesa). Spero che tu possa accettare la proposta. Scusami ancora per l'accaduto (pur se non per mia colpa) e accetta i miei saluti.

L’autre mal emballé arrivé endommagé. De plus la Table De Mixage ne fonctionne pas, je dois faire intervenir un réparateur pour la réparer et il manque des boutons.
