The mirrors are beautiful, however due to poor packaging, one has arrived with a broken tip, I keep them because it is little and could be remedied, but you have to improve the packaging of shipments.

I am sorry for the damage that is reported, the packaging was accepted by the courier as more than sufficient for a shipment to Spain.

Buongiorno, sono dispiaciuto del suo disappunto la descrizione indicava che l'oggetto aveva delle mancanze e dalle numerose foto si poteva vedere ogni dettaglio  purtroppo non sempre si riesce ad offrire una descrizione esaustiva e le fotografie dei dettagli dovrebbero appunto aiutare. La stima dell'esperto di Catawiki è comunque bene superiore a quanto da lei pagato.

This occurs when one user's bid is exactly the same as an automatic (maximum) bid placed by another user earlier. Since the auto-bid was placed first, this takes preference. The bidding history will show both bids, with the auto-bid ranked as the higher of the two.
