What you're not mentioning in your comment is that It's exactly the same item as shown in the photos and I offered you a refund even before you requested it, and I even gave you the return label. And yet you're still leaving a negative review? Honestly, no matter how respectful one is to the buyer, this kind of behavior is excessive and simply not normal. I already gave you the return label; return it, I'd be happy to. It's exactly the same item as shown in the photos and, of course, completely original.

Hi, it's not a defect, they're all like that. If you have questions, ask the manufacturer or the author. The second one that was sent was perfect, and you rejected it too... The inside of the mouth is correct and it's not a fault; they're all like that. Besides I cancelled the sale was canceled and you were refunded, and yet you're giving it this kind of rating? Absurd.----The inside of the mouth is not damaged; it's tinted a different color by the spray, like absolutely all the pieces in the series. The proof is that even the second piece I sent you has the same tint, which you mistake for a non-existent defect.

Unique Objects

Occasionally, two different bidders may show up in the bidding history with the same bid amount. This occurs when one user's bid is exactly the same as an automatic (maximum) bid placed by another user earlier. Since the auto-bid was placed first, this takes preference. The bidding history will show both bids, with the auto-bid ranked as the higher of the two.
