respingo quanto scritto perché non corrisponde alla realtà dei fatti. Gli occhiali sono stati descritti e fotografati in modo accurato e sono stati ricevuti nelle medesime condizioni indicate nell’annuncio. La stessa Catawiki, dopo aver valutato il caso, ha riconosciuto un rimborso di 25€ a mio favore per le spese di spedizione iniziali, confermando la correttezza della vendita e la conformità dell’oggetto.

Alla luce di ciò, risulta evidente come la richiesta di ulteriori rimborsi per il reso fosse del tutto ingiustificata e priva di fondamento. Parliamo di oggetti vintage usati: è fondamentale valutare con attenzione prima dell’acquisto. Per chi non accetta minimi segni del tempo, consiglio modelli NOS.

Possiedo oltre 600 paia di Persol (circa il 60% NOS) e conto 174 vendite solamente su Catawiki, sempre gestite con serietà e trasparenza. Definire “truffaldina” la mia attività è un’affermazione grave e inaccettata, che verrà segnalata nelle sedi opportune.

Las gafas son muy bonitas pero no son NOS como se indica en el anuncio. Tiene marcas de mordeduras en los dos extremos de las patas.

Occasionally, two different bidders may show up in the bidding history with the same bid amount. This occurs when one user's bid is exactly the same as an automatic (maximum) bid placed by another user earlier. Since the auto-bid was placed first, this takes preference. The bidding history will show both bids, with the auto-bid ranked as the higher of the two.


Double bid
