Le agradezco que confiara en mí. Hice el envío de forma correcta. La agencia cruzó el envío con el de otro cliente. No pudimos reclamar a la agencia nada porque usted no nos facilitó las fotos del empaquetado y la etiqueta. Es sabido que cuando nos entregan un paquete de manera incorrecta nunca hay que tirar el embalaje original pues es la muestra del error. No obstante, aunque no pude reclamar a la agencia porque no me facilitó usted las fotos de dichas pruebas, hice lo posible por subsanar ese error y le pedí me indicara los costes de devolver el paquete para abonárselos y que el otro comprador pudiera recibir su paquete y usted el correspondiente. Con toda la pena, no conseguí ayudarle pues hace más de quince días que espero su respuesta y el otro comprador tampoco pudo recibir su ayuda. Sería estupendo ponerse en el lugar de la otra persona y estar dispuesto a facilitar el proceso.

Occasionally, two different bidders may show up in the bidding history with the same bid amount. This occurs when one user's bid is exactly the same as an automatic (maximum) bid placed by another user earlier. Since the auto-bid was placed first, this takes preference. The bidding history will show both bids, with the auto-bid ranked as the higher of the two.
