Well, I just received the wines. One of them is not the same like the picture of the auction: 2009 Ch. Clos Fourtet - St Emilion. It is visible that had problem with the cork and is not from delivery.

Thease wine were kept in perfect condictions and I personally inspected each bottle before packing them.
I shall open a case with UPS and I apologiza for the inconveniences.

Arrived safely, but very slow shipping method for such an expensive order.  I would have gladly paid more for faster shipping.  I  recommend 2 day shipping in the future.

We used UPS which is the only courier in this part of Europe that ships wine. I know they are quite bad but we don't have any other options

No complaints on the seller. UPS behaved horribly, as usual. They missed completing delivery twice. In the end I had to carry 20 kgs of bottles home myself, without a car. Please, try to avoid UPS.

Our deepest apology for UPS. We are no longer buying wines that are shipped with them because we always have problems. I hope you enjoy these beautiful wines.

This occurs when one user's bid is exactly the same as an automatic (maximum) bid placed by another user earlier. Since the auto-bid was placed first, this takes preference.
