Buonasera Giulia, non ho assolutamente fatto ghosting. L’articolo è stato venduto su altra piattaforma il mese scorso, precedentemente invenduto su Catawiki questo è stato rimesso all’asta in modo automatico. Ho contattato il service di Catawiki ma non mi hanno risposto, se non solo oggi, rimuovendolo dalla vendita come miei accordi e rimborsando il cliente (lei). Ahimè la stessa cosa è successa per altri articoli tra cui lampada e vaso. Se gli articoli non vengono venduti per non raggiungimento base d’asta o non acquirenti lei saprà che spesso vengono rimessi in asta. Purtroppo (per fortuna per me) erano già stati venduti altrove.

Il venditore sgarbatamente comunica afine asta e dopo il pagamento che il lotto non è più  disponibile incolpando solamente CATAWIKI affermando che l'astatore non hai mai risposto ad i suoi messaggi!

Dal suo commento, ESAGERATO, si evince il suo risentimento. Basta leggere gli altri feedback per capire che tipologia di venditore sono.

Buongiorno, onestamente non era necessario che mi lasciasse una recensione negativa, che mi abbassa il rating del profilo, ne potevamo benissimo parlare via messaggistica. La lampada era stata imballata ALLA PERFEZIONE, contrassegnando anche con la scritta fragile.I corrieri svolgono sempre peggio il loro lavoro, NON avendo cura della merce.
