Overall a very nice coffee grinder but unfortunately it was treated with very smelly wood oil or turpentine oil, so I will not be able to use it which is a full shame.

Please allow me to clarify that this is a vintage item, and in order to preserve the integrity of the wooden components, I treated them with a natural wood oil—at my own expense. This oil helps protect the wood from drying and cracking over time, and is commonly used in antique conservation. The scent, while noticeable at first, naturally dissipates within a few days.

I understand sensitivities to certain smells, and I regret that this affected your experience. I kindly encourage you to allow the item to air out in a ventilated space. With care and patience, it will become a cherished piece in your collection.

Unique Objects

Occasionally, two different bidders may show up in the bidding history with the same bid amount. This occurs when one user's bid is exactly the same as an automatic (maximum) bid placed by another user earlier. Since the auto-bid was placed first, this takes preference. The bidding history will show both bids, with the auto-bid ranked as the higher of the two.


Double bid

It may appear that the same bid has been placed by two different bidders. This can occur if someone places a bid in another currency which is then rounded to the same amount as the previous bid in %{local_currency}.
