In alternativa, se l'acquirente lo dovesse accettare, proporrò un congruo risarcimento, ma solo dopo aver visionato le fotografie del pacco danneggiato e di tutte e tre le scatole delle barbie danneggiate (me ne è stata inviata solo una che aveva già la scatola leggermente rovinata ed era la meno pregiata).
Generalmente si cerca prima di trovare una soluzione e poi si mettono feedback negativi, ma non tutti si comportano allo stesso modo.
Può succedere che un pacco vanga danneggiato, purtroppo. Più disponibile di così non saprei cosa fare

This occurs when one user's bid is exactly the same as an automatic (maximum) bid placed by another user earlier. Since the auto-bid was placed first, this takes preference. The bidding history will show both bids, with the auto-bid ranked as the higher of the two.
