Item as described. Deficient packaging; the items (cutlery) were all over the cardboard box which had been ripped by the knife. Luckily nothing got out but there were extra scratches to the items.

This occurs when one user's bid is exactly the same as an automatic (maximum) bid placed by another user earlier. Since the auto-bid was placed first, this takes preference.
