The item arrived broken. When replying to our claim the seller blamed the carrier. A total disrespect for the obligations that he was bound to. As regards Catawiki, we didn’t even get a reply…

I sent you the goods in the condition as shown in the photo, in perfect condition, without damage. I took care of the packaging, a special container was made for this. You received the goods on 09/24/2024, and your claim was received only on 10/10/2024. It is completely unclear what happened to the goods during these two weeks.
The condition of the goods should be checked immediately upon receipt in the presence of the courier.
If there is damage, you should immediately file a claim with the courier company, and not blame me.

Unique Objects

Occasionally, two different bidders may show up in the bidding history with the same bid amount. This occurs when one user's bid is exactly the same as an automatic (maximum) bid placed by another user earlier. Since the auto-bid was placed first, this takes preference. The bidding history will show both bids, with the auto-bid ranked as the higher of the two.


Double bid

It may appear that the same bid has been placed by two different bidders. This can occur if someone places a bid in another currency which is then rounded to the same amount as the previous bid in %{local_currency}.
