Packaging was very bad...The heavy crystal lay loose with a shred of newspaper around, in the thin cardboard box. 2 Pieces of Bubblewrap was off the crystal. No respect for the Crystal!

La pulsera ha llegado rota y además faltan piezas ( es decir cuentas) por lo tanto no es lo que se decia en el anuncio. El vendedor no cumple con lo anunciado. Me siento estafada.

Box was damaged - content could have been easily removed. Good stone quality. Thank you for your gift - unfortunately it was damaged.
