The buyer is wright in this case, i sold a watch, which got damaged before sending it out. Aldough i notified him, i was not paying attention to him, and i was not replying in time / or not at all.

After asking the buyer we figured out, that the second hand of the pocket watch is missing, which most likely fell down during the transport. The buyer will check and get back to me. 
I offered to send a second hand free of charge if he would not find it.
I feel unfair to get a negative feadback for this issue.
