Please contact me because the post service made a mistake with my delivery, i don´t know why they didn´t send it to my house like they said to me or why they returned back to you.

Good Morning, 
Unfortunately your order was returned to sender. 
I contacted the shipping company for an explanation, and they claim to have made 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts to your given address on the 15th and 16th of September. 
The parcel was held at a depot for nearly 3 weeks, in which no contact was made by yourself to rearrange a more suitable delivery time. 
They were then forced to return the parcel.
I am unable to contact you directly through Catawiki because the order has now closed (This happens automatically approximately 1 month after shipping). I have informed Catawiki of the issue and they will now forward you an alternative email for myself so that we can resolve the issue.
