I purchased €180 worth of wine from Superwine but haven’t received anything. The seller isn’t responding to my messages, and I haven’t received a refund either. Shame.

As stated in the listing, we were closed for two weeks for vacation. For this reason, the shipment was delayed until August 25th.

Buongiorno, sarebbe sufficiente leggere il testo dell'inserzione (che è fatto apposta per essere letto) c'è scritto chiaramente che le spedizioni si sarebbero fermate dal 9 al 24 agosto. In quel periodo siamo stati in ferie, da qui anche il motivo per cui non abbiamo risposto ai messaggi.
Le spedizioni riprenderanno da lunedi 25 agosto.
Pertanto prima di fare offerte, aggiudicarsi un lotto e poi lamentarsi a sproposito sarebbe stato meglio leggere con attenzione la descrizione dell'inserzione.
Purtroppo questo è l'unico sistema che ci mette a disposizione Catawiki per segnalare un periodo di ferie.

Avuto qualche problema di comunicazione con il venditore, ma tutto risolto appena è tornato dalla pausa estiva.

Unique Objects

Occasionally, two different bidders may show up in the bidding history with the same bid amount. This occurs when one user's bid is exactly the same as an automatic (maximum) bid placed by another user earlier. Since the auto-bid was placed first, this takes preference. The bidding history will show both bids, with the auto-bid ranked as the higher of the two.
