I received the package. The item was completely broken. I contacted the website, but I was never refunded. The seller received my money. It's a total scam.

The item was professionally packaged using multi-layer protective materials, and the condition of the object prior to shipment is documented with photos taken during the packing process.

This case was formally reviewed by the Catawiki Customer Support team, who concluded that there was no seller fault. Accordingly, no refund was issued by the platform, as the damage was not attributed to improper packaging or handling by us.

The statement that the seller “received the money” is incorrect and misleading. All payments and refund decisions were handled solely by Catawiki. For these reasons, we find this feedback unfair and not reflective of the verified outcome of the case.

Occasionally, two different bidders may show up in the bidding history with the same bid amount. This occurs when one user's bid is exactly the same as an automatic (maximum) bid placed by another user earlier. Since the auto-bid was placed first, this takes preference. The bidding history will show both bids, with the auto-bid ranked as the higher of the two.
