Il numero di tracciabilità è stato inserito nella casella dell'ordine al momento della spedizione, ed è un problema suo se non lo ha letto.
Poi per quanto riguarda OTC non so cosa sia, in Italia è una lastra X alle ossa.
Ma cosa vuole, il pacco è arrivato dopo tre giorni.
Si spieghi meglio, prima di metter una faccina triste
