Het spijt mij dat u de lantaarn niet in goede staat hebt ontvangen. Probeer altijd zo goed mogelijk de goederen in te pakken, maar met kwetsbare goederen en vooral met glas is er altijd het risico dat er tijdens de verzending wat misgaat omdat het bekend is dat de posterijen soms ook zeer ruw omgaan met de pakketten.
Ik zal even persoonlijk met u contact opnemen om de hoe we dit verder naar tevredenheid kunnen oplossen.

Occasionally, two different bidders may show up in the bidding history with the same bid amount. This occurs when one user's bid is exactly the same as an automatic (maximum) bid placed by another user earlier. Since the auto-bid was placed first, this takes preference. The bidding history will show both bids, with the auto-bid ranked as the higher of the two.
