 Hello.
The Black-backed Jackal arrived in a soft paper box. Loose, without padding. As a result, its ears are broken and its nose is scratched. The sender's phone number is fake. It's theft.
        

You were told it isn't the right contact number, because it was on the relative who ships for me and you haven't contacted me personally/responded. The package was marked fragile and to not be turned. Anything outside that is out of my power.

Paid instant but was only shipped when catawiki interfered. Did not reply on messages , seller “was busy”
Charged 100€ for shipping, packed in old towel and trash.
Arrived damaged and with flaws.

Replied to messages, didn't get an answer back. You saw how much shipping was and chose to purchase anyway. Was I supposed to pack it in gold plating? It was stuffed and marked fragile. Anything outside that is a shipping company issue
