En ce qui me concerne ,j'ai fait un envoi bien emballé avec une livraison  à domicile, le colis a été livré, d'après le retour de la société de livraison. Je n'arrive pas à comprendre comment on peut affirmer qu'aucun colis ait été livré, sauf s'il a été volé chez le destinataire
